This mix from The Black Mambo Combo Mix album was inspired by the pre-Mambokat band named The Black Mambo Combo in which it's debut was in 94.
Again another amalgamation of dance music styles pioneered over half a century ago artfully performed by a smaller configuration or "combo" of Angel & The Mambokats. This album consists of the mambokat rhythm section and mambokat Sandy Stein killing it on the piano! You also hear the vocal stylings of the leader and founder of The Mambokats Angel Ferreira.
This configuration or combo style was pioneered by music legends like Noro Morales, Joe Cuba, Eddie Cano.
